STAFF AUGMENTATION

  • Flexibility to add experienced professional and technical staff, as needed.

  • Negotiated billing rate predetermined according to skill-set and experience.

  • Contractors are Invictus employees and billed hourly.

RIGHT-TO-HIRE

  • Client has the option to convert Invictus’s contractor to permanent employee.

  • Client can screen contractors’ technical capabilities ‘on the job’.

  • Conversion fee is negotiated.

CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

  • Contractor's  are assessed based on alignment to client’s long-term needs.

  • Client and candidate can evaluate mutual suitability.

  • During contract assignment, contractor is Invictus’s  employee.

  • Conversion fee is pre-negotiated.

EXECUTIVE HIRING

  • Invictus acts as client’s recruiting agent.

  • Search fee is contingent on hiring of Invictus’s candidate.

  • Fee is based on annual compensation of candidate hired.
